Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Penguin Party Rentals is fully licensed and insured. Certificates of Insurance can be provided for schools, churches, corporate events, parks, and city events upon request.

Do you clean your inflatables?

Absolutely. All inflatables and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after every use to help provide a safe and clean experience for every customer.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt, turf, and other flat surfaces. Setup requirements may vary depending on the type of inflatable and surface.

How much space is needed for setup?

Each inflatable has different space requirements. Product dimensions are listed on each item page. Additional space may also be needed for blower tubes, entrances, exits, and safety clearance.

How long does setup take?

Most inflatables take about 15 to 30 minutes to set up. Larger attractions such as obstacle courses, rock walls, and trackless trains may require additional setup time.

Do you provide generators?

Yes. We offer generator rentals for parks, schools, and locations without access to power. Certain larger inflatables and attractions may require specific generator sizes.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

Customer safety is always our top priority. If severe weather is expected, please contact us before delivery to discuss available options. Certain inflatables cannot operate safely during heavy rain or high winds.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your rental and event date.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is typically due prior to setup or upon delivery depending on the event type.
