Safety & Insurance

At Penguin Party Rentals, safety is one of our top priorities. We take pride in providing clean, safe, and properly maintained equipment for every event.

All inflatables and rental equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each rental. Our team follows setup procedures designed to help provide a safe experience for children and guests at every event.

Safety Guidelines

To help ensure a safe experience, please follow these important rules while using inflatable equipment:

• No shoes, food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, or silly string inside the inflatables
• Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use
• No flipping, roughhousing, climbing on walls or netting, or hanging from support structures
• Do not allow participants to climb on the exterior walls or slide areas
• Keep all guests away from the blower, electrical cords, and rear areas of the inflatable
• Do not move or relocate the inflatable after setup
• Please allow at least 4 feet of clearance around the inflatable from walls, fences, trees, and other objects
• Inflatables cannot be safely operated during severe weather or high winds

If an Inflatable Starts Deflating

Although this situation is rare, please remain calm if an inflatable begins losing air.

Immediately have all participants safely exit the inflatable through the entrance and keep guests away from the unit until power is restored or our team arrives.

Please check that the blower and extension cords remain plugged in and that the circuit breaker has not tripped. Do not attempt to repair or adjust the inflatable yourself. Contact Penguin Party Rentals immediately if assistance is needed.

Insurance

Penguin Party Rentals carries a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request for schools, churches, corporate events, parks, and city events.

If you have any questions regarding setup requirements, safety guidelines, or insurance documentation, please contact our team prior to your event.
